Everything you need to put a set of doubles in the water. The ST4 twinset package is built around the balanced diaphragm first stage and T4 balanced adjustable second stage: two first stages — one for each post of your manifold — plus two second stages and a pressure gauge, pre-configured with twinset-length hoses. The primary rides a 2.1 m long hose for clean donation, the backup sits on a 0.75 m necklace-length hose, and the SPG hangs on a 60 cm HP hose for standard left-hip routing. Unbox it, fit it to your manifold, and it is ready for the kind of diving doubles were made for.
