Frequently asked questions
Safety & Certification
Are your regulators and BCDs certified?
Yes. Our regulators are CE certified to EN 250A. Diving gear is safety-critical, so every product passes our quality and pressure testing before it ships. See full details on our Certifications page.
Are your regulators tested for cold water?
Our cold-water rated regulators are designed and tested to resist free-flow and first-stage freezing in low temperatures. If you dive in cold or overhead environments, choose a cold-water configuration and have it set up by an authorized technician.
Is it safe to buy diving gear online without trying it first?
Yes. Everything is designed and manufactured in our own facility, certified to international standards, and backed by a global network of authorized service centers. If you're unsure about fit or configuration, contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose the right setup.
Servicing & Warranty
How often should my regulator be serviced?
As a general rule, regulators should be inspected and serviced by an authorized technician at least once a year, or every 100 dives — whichever comes first. Always follow the maintenance schedule for your specific model.
Where can I get my gear serviced after buying online?
Through our global network of authorized service centers. Buying online doesn't mean you're on your own — find your nearest service point on our Service Centers page for annual servicing and spare parts.
What does the warranty cover?
Because we own our R&D and manufacturing, every product is covered against manufacturing defects for the period stated on your warranty card. Normal wear, and damage from misuse or missed servicing, are not covered.
Choosing Your Gear
How do I choose the right BCD or wing configuration?
It depends on your diving. Single-tank recreational diving needs less lift than twin-tank technical diving, and backplate material (aluminium vs. steel) affects your weighting. If you're not sure, tell us your tanks, exposure suit and typical dives and we'll recommend a configuration.
DIN or Yoke — which regulator connection do I need?
It depends on your cylinders. DIN is standard for technical and most European diving; Yoke (A-clamp) is common for recreational rental tanks in some regions. Many of our regulators accept a DIN-to-Yoke adapter, so you can switch when you travel.
How do I find the right size?
Check the sizing guide on each product page and measure over a thin base layer. If you fall between two sizes, round up, or contact us for guidance on wetsuit, BCD and harness fit.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically ship within a few business days. Delivery times vary by destination, and some pressure-rated items may have additional handling or customs requirements. Tracking details are sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return or exchange diving equipment?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within the return window stated at checkout. For hygiene and safety reasons, regulators and mouthpieces that have been used in water cannot be returned. Contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
