Warranty
What our warranty covers, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim — plus your statutory rights as a consumer. Because diving equipment is life-support gear, servicing and proper use matter.

Our Limited Warranty
Because we own our R&D and manufacturing, every HOTDIVE product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the product's warranty card. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers repair or replacement at our discretion.
Warranty Periods by Product
Warranty duration varies by product category — the exact period that applies to your item is stated on its warranty card and product page. As a general guide:
- Regulators & BCDs — covered for the period stated on the warranty card, sometimes also limited by a maximum number of dives;
- Consumable and wear parts (mouthpieces, hoses, O-rings, filters) — shorter coverage as these are subject to normal wear;
- Accessories (masks, computers, fins) — as stated on the warranty card.
Warranty Registration
Where required, please register your product within 30 days of purchase to activate warranty coverage. Keep your proof of purchase, as it may be required for any claim.
Authorized Purchase Requirement
This warranty applies only to genuine products purchased from HOTDIVE or an authorized dealer. Products bought from unauthorized resellers or on the grey market are not covered.
What Is Covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and consumable parts beyond their stated coverage;
- Misuse, neglect, accident, or use beyond the product's design limits;
- Unauthorized modification or repair, or use of non-original spare parts;
- Damage resulting from failure to service the product as recommended.
For safety-critical components such as second stages, using non-original spare parts or unauthorized service can be dangerous and will void warranty coverage.
Servicing & Inspection
To keep your equipment safe and reliable, we recommend it be inspected and serviced by an authorized technician at least once a year, or every 100 dives — whichever comes first. Find your nearest service point on our Service Centers page.
How to Make a Claim
Contact us at team@hotdivescuba.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will advise on the next steps. Where a defect is confirmed, we cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost trips or dive time) arising from a product defect. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your Statutory Rights
This commercial warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. Under EU law (Directive 2019/771), consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the seller, free of charge, regardless of any manufacturer's warranty.
