Carriers, processing and delivery times, tracking, and international shipping, customs and duties — everything you need to know about getting your gear.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship worldwide through trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx. Available carriers and services are shown at checkout based on your destination. Some remote areas or countries may be subject to restrictions or longer transit times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and the carrier service selected. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions, where offered, will be displayed at checkout. Oversized or hazardous items may be excluded from free-shipping offers.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed; customs processing and local carrier conditions may cause delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your shipment on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within a few business days of ordering, please contact us.
Customs, Duties, Import Taxes & VAT
For international orders, any import duties, taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. We are not able to predict or control these charges. If a shipment is refused or returned because such charges are unpaid, any refund will be reduced by the outbound and return shipping costs and any fees incurred.
Shipping Restrictions — Hazardous & Regulated Items
Certain diving products are classified as dangerous goods and are subject to transport regulations (DOT / IATA):
- SCUBA cylinders must be empty, with the valve removed, before they can be shipped or exported, and cannot be sent by standard courier in many cases.
- Products containing lithium batteries (dive lights, dive computers) and compressed gas or sealants are subject to Limited Quantity / Dangerous Goods rules and may not be shippable to all destinations.
If your order contains restricted items that cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Re-shipping a returned parcel due to an address error may incur additional charges.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Please keep all packaging and report visible damage promptly.
