The S1 is the workhorse piston first stage of the HOTDIVE scuba diving regulator range. Its classic downstream piston design uses the fewest moving parts of any first-stage layout — less to wear, less to service, and stable performance dive after dive. That simplicity is exactly why piston first stages remain the first choice of dive schools and rental fleets worldwide. Machined from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel with stainless steel springs, the S1 shrugs off hard, high-frequency use in warm and temperate waters.
