Returns & Refunds
How to return an item, return windows, refunds, and your statutory rights as a consumer. Because diving gear is safety- and hygiene-critical, some conditions apply.

Your Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the last item in your order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example by email at team@hotdivescuba.com — before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Model withdrawal form — To Narwhal Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., Mainland China, team@hotdivescuba.com: I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods [____], ordered on [____] / received on [____]. Name of consumer(s): [____]. Address: [____]. Date: [____].
Condition of Returned Goods
To be eligible for a no-reason return, items must be:
- Unused and not taken into the water;
- In their original condition and original packaging;
- With all tags and seals still attached, in a condition fit for resale.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions — Hygiene & Safety Sealed Items
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, certain sealed items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to items in direct contact with the mouth or airway, such as regulator and snorkel mouthpieces and second stages supplied with a hygiene seal.
Items that have been used in the water and cannot be restored to a resalable, hygienic condition may be assessed for diminished value rather than fully refunded. Activated dive computers and custom or personalised items may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Return Shipping Costs
For a no-reason return (right of withdrawal), the cost of returning the goods is borne by you. Please use a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost (see below).
Refunds — Method & Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order. For a valid right-of-withdrawal return, this includes the original standard delivery cost. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or you provide proof of return.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
This is separate from the right of withdrawal. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact us. As a consumer you are entitled to a statutory legal guarantee of conformity (see our Warranty page). For such cases we cover return shipping and will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or model is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you need help choosing the right configuration before exchanging.
International Returns
Customers outside the EU/EEA are welcome to return eligible items under the same conditions described above (unused, not taken into the water, original packaging and tags intact). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and import duties or taxes already paid are non-refundable.
